Hrithik Roshan may soon move into his newly rented flat in Juhu.
The news is that the actor had originally planned to buy the property- but the builder was not keen on selling it,
After several meetings, Hrithik decided to take the property on lease because of its location in the heart of Juhu, its proximity to his parents’ house and the breathtaking view of the sea that it offers.
The flat, located in the same building as actor-producer Akshay Kumars, has been under renovation for the last two years and has changed hands as far as the interior decoration is concerned.
First, John Abrahams brother, interior designer Alan was supposed to do the project. But Alan was asked to leave after Hrithik was dissatisfied with Alan's work. An American designer Mariam was then flown in to do the job.
Sources say Hrithik will move out from his current home Palazio in June.
